Terms of Service

The rules that apply when you access VideoTool at webapp.qingdou.ai, create an account, purchase credits or paid plans, and use our video processing features.

Effective Date: April 10, 2026

These Terms of Service form a binding agreement between you and Aibianma (Hangzhou) Network Technology Co., Ltd., the operator of VideoTool. By accessing or using the service at https://webapp.qingdou.ai, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

  • You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and comply with all laws that apply to your use of the service.
  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account unless caused by our breach of these Terms or applicable law.

3. Our Service

VideoTool provides web-based video processing tools that may include media extraction, transcription, copy generation, history retention, account management, and related workflow features.

We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue part of the service at any time. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to avoid material disruptions but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

4. Paid Services, Credits, and Billing

Certain features require a paid plan, prepaid credits, or one-time purchases. Prices, taxes, billing intervals, and included usage will be shown at checkout or in the product interface.

Digital credits are licensed for use within the service only. Unless required by law, credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may not be redeemed outside the service.

By completing a purchase, you authorize our payment provider or merchant of record, such as Paddle where used at checkout, to charge the selected payment method. Third-party payment terms, including Paddle Buyer Terms and the applicable checkout terms, may also apply.

  • We may suspend paid access for failed payments, chargebacks, suspected fraud, or misuse.
  • If recurring billing is offered, renewals will continue until cancelled in accordance with the plan terms shown at checkout.
  • If the interface states that a task consumes credits, those credits may be deducted when processing starts, completes, or otherwise becomes reserved according to the product rules shown in the service.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the service for illegal, fraudulent, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or deceptive activity.
  • Do not upload, process, or distribute content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, overload, probe, bypass security controls, or interfere with service availability.
  • Do not use the service to distribute malware, spam, or unauthorized automated traffic.
  • Do not access another user's account or data without authorization.

6. User Content and Permissions

You retain ownership of your original content, subject to any rights held by third parties. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, and display your content only as needed to operate, secure, improve, and support the service.

You represent and warrant that you have all rights, consents, permissions, and lawful bases necessary to submit content to the service and to instruct us to process it.

7. Outputs and Service Limitations

Generated outputs, transcripts, extracted assets, and automated results may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unavailable for certain source materials. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them for legal, commercial, editorial, or compliance-sensitive use.

Availability and quality may depend on third-party source platforms, network conditions, media formats, and other factors outside our control.

8. Intellectual Property and Feedback

The service, including our software, branding, interface design, and documentation, is owned by VideoTool or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

If you provide suggestions, feedback, or feature requests, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or compensation.

9. Third-Party Services

The service may integrate with or rely on third-party services, such as authentication providers, hosting providers, payment processors, or source media platforms. We are not responsible for third-party services except as required by law.

10. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created risk for other users, caused security concerns, failed to pay required fees, or if we are required to do so by law.

You may stop using the service at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including payment obligations already incurred, intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, liability limits, and dispute terms.

11. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoTool provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or suitable for every workflow.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VideoTool and its affiliates, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid to VideoTool for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aibianma (Hangzhou) Network Technology Co., Ltd., VideoTool, and their personnel from claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your content, your misuse of the service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

14. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict of laws rules, except where mandatory consumer protection laws require otherwise.

Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms will be submitted to the court with competent jurisdiction at the place where the service operator is registered.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will become effective when posted or as otherwise communicated. Your continued use of the service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
