Refund Policy
How statutory withdrawals, discretionary refunds, subscription cancellations, and payment disputes work for VideoTool purchases on webapp.qingdou.ai, including transactions processed by Paddle.
Effective Date: April 10, 2026
VideoTool is supplied by Aibianma (Hangzhou) Network Technology Co., Ltd.. Where checkout is processed by Paddle, Paddle acts as the authorized reseller and merchant of record for the transaction. This Refund Policy is intended to align with Paddle's Refund Policy at https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy.
If local consumer protection laws or Paddle provide additional or non-waivable rights, the highest level of rights will apply. Nothing in this Refund Policy limits your mandatory consumer rights.

2. Global Refund Policy

- Paddle or we may approve a refund on a discretionary, case-by-case basis within the period allowed by Paddle's policy or applicable law.
- Refunds may be declined where there is evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior.
- This policy does not affect your rights where a product is not as described, is materially defective, or is not fit for purpose.
3. Country-Specific Statutory Rights
Where local consumer protection laws grant unconditional withdrawal or cancellation rights, those rights override this policy.
Based on Paddle's current policy, eligible consumer transactions may include a 14-day withdrawal period in the EU / EEA / Switzerland / United Kingdom and in Turkey / Israel, a 7-day cancellation period in China / South Korea / Brazil / Canada, and a 5-day cancellation period in Singapore. Where local law allows it, some withdrawal rights for digital content may end after download, streaming, first access, or other use if you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the waiver.
